1The Challenge
This ENT and audiology practice was in a strong position clinically, but wanted to prepare for what came next: long term growth, stronger provider productivity, and a more consistent performing hearing aid program. Without formal systems in place for compensation, performance tracking, and succession, that kind of growth is difficult to sustain, and even harder to hand off cleanly down the road.
2The Approach
We built the operational infrastructure the practice needed to grow with intention. That included designing clear operational workflows, developing formal compensation models tied to performance, creating a succession planning framework for future leadership transition, building KPI dashboards so performance could be tracked consistently rather than anecdotally, and putting revenue optimization strategies in place specifically around the hearing aid program.
3The Results
The result was a practice with real operational consistency, not just good intentions. Provider performance became measurable and manageable, the hearing aid program strengthened as a result, and the practice was positioned for long term growth with a clear framework for eventual leadership transition already in place.
