1The Challenge
This audiology and vestibular practice was averaging just one hearing aid sale per month. The clinical skill and patient relationships were there, but the practice lacked the sustainable systems needed to turn everyday patient visits into a real hearing healthcare program. The goal was clear: build something that could grow well beyond one sale a month, without asking the team to abandon the way they already worked and start over.
2The Approach
Rather than a full practice overhaul, we focused on the specific points in the patient journey where opportunities were being missed. That meant redesigning key operational workflows, optimizing how patients moved from initial visit to hearing aid conversation, training staff on how to have those conversations naturally and confidently, and building a strategic program structure around hearing healthcare that the practice could actually sustain day to day, not just during a single push.
3The Results
In less than a year, the practice went from 1 hearing aid sale per month to 15, a fifteen fold increase and roughly 1,400 percent growth. Just as important, the systems behind that growth were built to scale, not to rely on a single high effort push.
